ตำรวจท่องเที่ยวประสานทั่วแผ่นดินเตรียมรับนักท่องเที่ยวช่วง high season

วันนี้ (26 ก.ค.2565) เวลา 10:00 น. พล.ต.ท. สุคุณ พรหมายน ผู้บัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยว ได้มอบหมายให้ พล.ต.ต.อภิชาติ สุริบุญญา รองผู้บัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยวในฐานะโฆษกกองบัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยวแจ้งต่อสื่อมวลชนว่า

เมื่อวานนี้ (25 ก.ค. 2565) เวลา 13:30 น. กองบัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยวได้จัดให้มีการประชุมบริหารทั่วไปของกองบัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยวขึ้น ซึ่ง พล.ต.ท.สุคุณฯ ได้ให้นโยบายผู้บังคับการและหัวหน้าสถานีตำรวจท่องเที่ยวทั่วประเทศให้เร่งฝึกพัฒนายุทธวิธี เตรียมการทั้งกำลังกายกำลังใจ และให้เป็นจุดประสานงานกลางของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการท่องเที่ยวทั้งหมดในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบตามนโยบายของ พล.ต.อ. สุวัฒน์ แจ้งยอดสุข ผบ.ตร. เพื่อรองรับการดูแลนักท่องเที่ยวที่จะเดินทางมาประเทศไทยในช่วง high season และได้กำชับการปฏิบัติของตำรวจท่องเที่ยวทุกคนให้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อย่างมืออาชีพสร้างความประทับใจและความอบอุ่นให้กับนักท่องเที่ยวในทุกโอกาสที่สามารถจะทำได้โดยให้นึกในใจเสมอว่า ทำอย่างไรจึงจะนักท่องเที่ยวกลับมาเที่ยวประเทศไทยอีก

นอกจากนี้ ยังสั่งการให้หัวหน้าสถานีตำรวจท่องเที่ยวทั้งหมดทุกพื้นที่ประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ประชาชนและผู้ประกอบการทราบถึงการพัฒนาในส่วนของ supply side (ฝั่งผู้ประกอบการและผู้ให้บริการ) ให้มีคุณภาพตามนโยบายของท่านพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา ซึ่งรวมไปถึงให้ตำรวจท่องเที่ยวต้องเป็นพี่เลี้ยงและเป็นที่ปรึกษาการท่องเที่ยวในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบด้วย

ต่อมาในค่ำวันเดียวกัน ผู้กำกับและหัวหน้าสถานีตำรวจท่องเที่ยวในพื้นที่ท่องเที่ยวหลักได้นำนโยบายของผู้บัญชาการออกปฏิบัติทันทีในพื้นที่ภูเก็ต เกาะสมุย พัทยา และกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยได้ร่วมกันออกเดินประชาสัมพันธ์ขอความร่วมมือผู้ประกอบการเรื่องการจำหน่ายกัญชาและกัญชงให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายโดยไม่ควรจำหน่ายกัญชาให้กับผู้ที่มีอายุต่ำกว่าอายุ 20 ปี สตรีมีครรภ์ หรือ สตรีให้นมบุตรโดยเด็ดขาด และการกระทำอะไรเกี่ยวกับกัญชาจะต้องไม่สร้างกลิ่นเหม็นและสร้างความรำคาญต่อสาธารณะ เหนือสิ่งอื่นใด ให้คำนึงถึงภาพลักษณ์ของประเทศและชุมชนเป็นสำคัญ ซึ่งประชาชนและผู้ประกอบการในพื้นที่ท่องเที่ยวดังกล่าวให้ความร่วมมือเป็นอย่างดียิ่ง

พล.ต.ต.อภิชาติฯ ได้ถือโอกาสนี้กล่าวขอบคุณในนามกองบัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยว ผู้บัญชาการตำรวจท่องเที่ยว และข้าราชการตำรวจท่องเที่ยวทุกคนต่อประชาชนและผู้ประกอบการทุกภาคส่วนในพื้นที่สำหรับความร่วมมืออันอบอุ่นที่มอบให้กับตำรวจท่องเที่ยวในครั้งนี้ และกล่าวว่า นี่คือนวัตกรรมความร่วมมือในการทำงานของตำรวจท่องเที่ยวกับประชาชนอย่างแท้จริง

และกล่าวอีกด้วยว่า ตำรวจท่องเที่ยวจะเดินคู่ไปกับประชาชนและผู้ประกอบการในพื้นที่เพื่อสร้างสรรค์บรรยากาศการท่องเที่ยวให้ดีที่สุดเพื่อให้ทุกชุมชนของประเทศไทยเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่นักท่องเที่ยวต้องกลับมาอีก อยากให้ตำรวจท่องเที่ยวทำอะไรโทรสายด่วนได้เพียงกด 1155 หรือติดต่อผ่านแอพพลิเคชั่น Tourist Police I-Lert-U

Yesterday (25 July 2022) at 1:30 p.m., the Tourist Police Bureau held a meeting regarding general administration at the Bureau in which Lt. Gen. Sukhun has given the policy to all Commanders and heads of tourist police stations across the country to speed up and improve tactical training, prepare both physically and mentally, and to be the central coordination point of all tourism-related agencies in their responsible areas under the policy of Pol. Gen. Suwat Chaengyodsuk, Commissioner General of RoYal Thai Police, in order to facilitate and take care of tourists who will come to Thailand during the high season.

Also, Tourist Police Commissioner has urged all tourist police officers to perform their duties professionally, creating an impression and warmth to tourists in every opportunity possible by keeping in mind that we have to convince tourists coming back to Thailand again.

In addition, the chiefs of all tourist police stations in all areas are also ordered to provide awareness to the public and entrepreneurs about the development of the supply side (operators and service providers) to ensure quality according to the policy of Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, Minister of Tourism and Sports. This includes requiring the Tourist Police to be a mentor and a tourism advisor in the area of ​​responsibility.

Later, in the evening of the same date, superintendents and chiefs of the tourist police station, especially in the main tourist areas, immediately implemented the Commissiiner’s policy in Phuket, Koh Samui, Pattaya and Bangkok. They have joined together to publicize and ask for cooperation from entrepreneurs in the sale of marijuana and hemp to comply with the laws that marijuana should not sell to people under the age of 20, pregnant women or lactating women. And any action related to marijuana must not create a foul smell and cause public nuisance. Above all, all people should consider the image of the country and community as important. The people and entrepreneurs in the aforementioned tourism areas cooperate very well.

Apichat took this opportunity to say sincere thank on behalf of the Tourist Police Bureau, of Tourist Police Commissioner, and also of all the Tourist Police officials to the people and entrepreneurs from all sectors in the area for the warm cooperation given to the Tourist Police at this time, and said that this is truly innovative cooperation in the work of the Tourist Police with the people.
